In 2010 Andersen & Partners – formerly Andersen & Sarstrup A/S – founded the company KristensenInternational with the purpose of taking over some of the Kristensen Group companies in Southern Europe. In this connection, they took over the companies in Spain, Italy and Malta, and bought project companies in other countries.
Since then the German company KPS Invest GmbH owned by Kurt Sarstrup, Hamburg has taken overKristensen International 100%. KPS Invest GmbH has been deeply engaged in development, construction and sales of 500 houses in a large holiday park in the German state Saarland in cooperation with CenterParcs, the European market leader within the area of large holiday centres.
Besides the 500 holiday houses, the project that was opened in the summer 2013 includes a centrebuilding approx. 14,000 m² with water world, restaurants, midget golf, etc.
Moreover the project Villas Floridas on the north-eastern part of Majorca was developed, built and sold in Kristensen International settings.
