For a long period Kristensen and partners and a few business partners have been noticing the growing need of parking facilities especially in the residential areas build in the sixties and seventies in the biggest polish cities. Furthermore, as a part of our on-going contact to retailers, we heard from them, that these residential areas are also their main focus going forward.
Thus in 2013 we established the company Parking Plus Poland Sp. z o.o., which will provide a solution to above. This solution is high volume parking facilities with ground floor retail areas.
The parking and retail facilities will consist of around 2.000 m² of retail and up to 300 parking places. They will typically be located on existing parking plots in big residential areas, which generally are characterized by lack of parking as well as lack of local quality retail areas, or in city business areas.
Land and tenants have been secured for the first 2 projects, and these are expected to stand finished and in operation in the beginning of 2018 followed by a quick roll-out of the facilities to a number of locations in all the big polish cities.
