In 2005 Andersen & Partners and investors jointly bought a large real estate portfolio in Berlin. The portfolio consisted primarily of housing with different types of business activities in the ground floor.

All blocks of flats have been divided for sale as individual units, and in 2012 the first flats were sold – this is an on-going process, and all flats are expected to be sold in 2020-2022.
